I have a dirty little secret.;)
I haven't been to the dentist for a check up and cleaning in 10 years (when I used to work for one).
Until today.
Guess what?
The dentist told me that she couldn't believe that I don't have any cavities and any problems with my gums after such a long "hiatus". The hygenist was surprised as well.
My nervousness about going was completely unfounded and I am thrilled! So, so happy.....
